NOUGHTY NINETIES
Upon booking Noughty 90s, you are entering into a legally binding agreement between yourself and the band, with the below terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are provided for the benefit of both parties and if for any reason these terms are not clear please contact us for clarification. Alternatively, seek professional legal advice before agreeing to them.
1. A deposit totalling 25% of the band’s fee must be made when confirming the booking. The balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. (Bank details will be provided).
2. The band’s arrival, performance times and finish time will be agreed upon booking. These timings can only be amended prior to the event. Please note it takes the band around 90-120 minutes to set up and sound check.
3. Parking spaces are to be supplied for the band prior to the event, in the unlikely event that venue access is restricted, the band must be notified at least 7 days before.
4. Upon arrival the band will require 90-120 minutes to set up the show, the band will also need 1 hour to de-rig the show after the event.
5. Please notify the band if any sound limiters are in force at your event. We are experienced in dealing with sound limiters; however it is essential that we are notified prior to the event to ensure we bring the correct PA system.
6. The band require 4x13amp plug sockets, from 2 separate spurs.
7. The band require a performance area of at least 5m wide x 3m deep.
8. In the unlikely event that you must cancel your event the following cancellation fees apply.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation 2 months prior to the event: 25% of the fee.
- Cancellation 1 month prior to the event: 50% of the fee.
- Cancellation within 1 month of the event date: Full fee.
In the event of a booking being cancelled that was made 90 days or less before the event 100% of the overall balance is still payable.
Postponement Terms Due To Force Majeure
No cancellation fee’s.
No rebooking fee’s, postponing will simply be a matter of finding a new date convenient to ourselves and your venue.
Deposit payments remain active for 24 months following your date, this gives you two years to reschedule your date if a cancellation is required. Please note deposits are non-refundable.
If your event overruns past the agreed curfew (usually midnight) the band will charge a performance extension fee of £150 per hour. This additional fee is to be paid in cash on the evening to a representative from the band.
11. The band agree to arrive at the designated set time on the event day, the band will ensure to notify you the client if there are any delays.
12. The band agree to supply all professional equipment in excellent working order, along with PAT testing certification.
13. The band has PLI insurance and can produce a certificate upon request.
14. We guarantee 100% performance, in the event of band member illness, or if musicians featured in promotional videos become unavailable for your date, we will call upon our professional substitutes who have experience playing with the band. Our deps are of like for like standard and have experience with the companies standards.
